Reservation Policies

♦  A prepayment of 30% of the total price will be charged once the reservation is confirmed. The remaining 70% and city tax (0.60€ person/night) shall be paid at the property

♦  Children older than 12 years are welcome. It’s not possible to add an extra bed or crib

♦  Pets are not allowed

♦  Minimum stay: 3 nights

♦  Check-in: 16h-21h; Check-out: 8h-11h
